Shipping is offered for free across North-America for the boards. Transit times range from 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse (Montreal). Free shipping may be blocked for Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories and some postal codes in remote areas of Quebec and out of province, shipping charges may apply to these blocked areas. Please contact Customer Service if this applies to you. We do not accept P.O. Box delivery as many couriers refuse to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
Products must be in their original packaging within 30 days, pending product inspection before we can offer a refund.
Warranty
All of our paddleboards now come with a limited 2-year warranty. Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered. Warranty period starts from the date of shipping.
