Shipping is offered for free across North-America when merch are purchased with a Maddle board. Transit times range from 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouses (Toronto & Las Vegas).
Small fee is applied when accessories are pruchased without a board, our shipping fees vary based on the weight and customer location.
Free shipping may be blocked for Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories and some postal codes in remote areas of Quebec and out of province, shipping charges may apply to these blocked areas. Please contact Customer Service if this applies to you.
We do not accept P.O. Box delivery as many couriers refuse to deliver to P.O. Boxes. See more

Returns
Products must be in their original packaging within 30 days, pending product inspection before we can offer a full refund. See more

Our Merch as no warranty, our accessories are covered by a limited 90 day warranty, and our 2024 boards are covered by a 2 year warranty. Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered. Warranty period starts from the date of shipping. See more
